Sara Sweeney is a chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) and the founding Director of Planning Land.

 Sara is an expert at identifying land for development, promoting land for development and providing strategic advice on the development options. 

Sara has played a central role in overseeing the promotion, planning approval and the delivery of many sites within the south east of England  for over a decade.
